MAFI Department was established in 1973 by decision of the Senate of UFT, for the purpose of profiling training students in “Machinery for the Food Industry” (MAFI). In the years since the founding of the Department “Machinery for food industry” have completed more than 900 engineers degree “Bachelor” and “Master”.

The department is unmatched in the field of higher education nationwide and is one of the leading units in the training of specialists in the field of food, biotech and packaging machinery.
